If you are an employee of a customer
Write to your own HR team first, not to us. Your employer decides what is recorded about you and holds the controls to correct or remove it; we run the software on their instructions and cannot change their records for them. The privacy page explains that split.
Security
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, write to [email protected] before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable window to fix it. What the product does and does not do is set out on the security page.
Billing
Payments are taken by Paddle as merchant of record, so your invoice and any tax on it come from them. Anything about what you were charged, a refund, or a card that failed can go to [email protected] and we will sort it out with them.
